Roulette Luckwave Support Paths

If a bet doesn't register or the video feed drops mid-spin, reach us through the channels below. We log every round ID so disputed spins can be reviewed against the studio's server record.

Live Chat for Table Issues Open the chat icon in the bottom corner during your session. An agent will pull the round history and verify whether your bet was accepted before the betting window closed, then confirm the payout or refund within a few minutes.
Email for Bet Disputes Send your account username, the table name, approximate time and the round ID if visible. We'll cross-check with the studio log and reply within a day, explaining what the server recorded and how the payout was calculated.
FAQ for Bet Types Read explanations of straight-up, split, street, corner, six-line, dozen, column, red/black, odd/even, high/low and the French-roulette la partage rule. Each entry shows the chip placement, payout ratio and house edge for that bet.

Inside Our Roulette Luckwave Lobby

Open the Roulette Luckwave section and you'll find European tables with single-zero wheels, American tables with double-zero layouts, and French roulette tables offering la partage and en prison rules for even-money bets. Evolution handles the majority of our live streams; Ezugi covers additional Asian-hours tables. Each table displays its minimum and maximum chip values before you sit down. The wheel spins are

broadcast in HD; you place inside bets—straight-up, split, street, corner—or outside bets like red/black, odd/even, dozens and columns. Betting closes a few seconds before the croupier releases the ball, and payouts appear in your account balance immediately after the result is confirmed. Players in Dhaka and Chittagong reach the same lobby; your bKash, Nagad or Rocket balance funds the chips.

FAIR-PLAY NOTES

How We Keep Roulette Luckwave Fair

Every spin you watch in Roulette Luckwave comes from a certified studio wheel, not a random-number generator we control. The studios—Evolution and Ezugi—hold their own gaming certifications and publish the wheel results to both you and us simultaneously, so neither party can alter the outcome after the ball lands.

Live Studio Certification

Evolution and Ezugi operate from licensed studios in Europe and Asia. Each studio undergoes annual testing of its wheels, cameras and broadcast integrity by accredited labs, ensuring the physical roulette mechanism is balanced and unbiased.

Server-Recorded Results

The moment the ball settles, the studio server logs the winning number and transmits it to our platform and your screen at the same time.

Transparent Paytable

Every Roulette Luckwave table displays its chip limits and payout multipliers before you place a bet. Straight-up pays thirty-five to one, split pays seventeen to one, and so on—no hidden deductions beyond the built-in house edge of the wheel type…

Account Balance Sync

Your bKash, Nagad or Rocket deposit becomes your chip wallet. Each bet deducts the chip value; each win credits the payout immediately. Check your balance history to see every round's stake and result, timestamped and linked to the round ID.

Roulette Luckwave Glossary

Definitions of the words and phrases you'll hear at the tables.

What is a straight-up bet in roulette?

A straight-up bet is a wager placed on a single number. You position your chip directly on that number's square. If the ball lands there, the payout is thirty-five to one, meaning you receive thirty-five times your stake plus your original chip back.

What does en prison mean in French roulette?

En prison is a French-roulette rule that applies when you place an even-money bet—red, black, odd, even, high or low—and zero appears. Your bet is imprisoned for the next spin; if your choice wins that spin, your stake is returned with no profit.

What is the house edge on a European wheel?

The European wheel has thirty-seven pockets—numbers one through thirty-six plus a single zero. The house edge is two-point-seven percent on most bets because the zero gives the house one extra pocket that isn't covered by red, black, odd or even.

What is a dozen bet?

A dozen bet covers twelve consecutive numbers. First dozen is one to twelve, second dozen is thirteen to twenty-four, third dozen is twenty-five to thirty-six. The payout is two to one, and zero is not included in any dozen.

What does the croupier mean by 'no more bets'?

The croupier announces no more bets a few seconds after releasing the ball, signalling that the betting window has closed. Any chips placed on the layout after that call will not count for the current spin and may be returned or held for the next round.

What is a split bet?

A split bet covers two adjacent numbers on the layout. You place your chip on the line separating the two squares. If either number wins, the payout is seventeen to one—seventeen times your stake plus the original chip returned.

Roulette Luckwave Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about our roulette tables.

We carry European single-zero wheels, American double-zero wheels and French roulette tables with la partage and en prison rules. Evolution streams the majority of our European and French tables; Ezugi provides additional American and Asian-hours European wheels. Check the lobby to see which tables are open.

Yes. Log in on your mobile browser, deposit via bKash, Nagad or Rocket, then open the Roulette Luckwave section. The live video scales to your screen; tap the chip denominations and the betting grid to place your wagers. The stream quality adjusts automatically to your connection speed.

Each chip you place appears on the betting grid with a confirmation overlay. If the croupier calls no more bets before your chip registers, you'll see a message that the bet was too late, and your balance will not be deducted for that round.

The studio server continues the round even if your video drops. Refresh the page; your account will reflect the correct result because the outcome is recorded on the studio's side. If you see a discrepancy, contact support with the round ID and timestamp for a manual review.

Table limits vary by the specific wheel you join. Some European tables accept stakes from ten Taka to ten thousand Taka; VIP American wheels may require a five-hundred-Taka minimum. The limit range is displayed in the table lobby before you sit down.

Yes. Every Roulette Luckwave table displays a scoreboard of the last fifteen to twenty spins, showing which numbers hit and whether they were red or black. This history helps you track patterns, though each spin remains an independent event with the same house edge.
